Refund policy

We want TangleTags to do the thing they promise: keep your fitted sheet from balling up in the wash and dryer.

If your fitted sheet still tangles within 90 days of delivery, email info@tangletags.com with your order number and a quick note about what happened. We will refund your order. You do not need to mail the product back for a guarantee claim.

For non-guarantee issues, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged item, contact us at info@tangletags.com within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.
